10 Impala Saracens Selected For Provisional Kenya Squad


Ten players from Resolution Impala Saracens have been selected in the provisional Kenya XVs Squad for their upcoming international fixtures.

Eight forwards and two backs from the Sarries side make up the selection and now the players, who have put in quite a shift in the past nine weeks in the top flight Kenya Cup League, will now square it out with other 50 players from different clubs beginning this Sunday, 5th February 2017, in the hope of making the final squad.

Vincent Mose, the fullback who featured for the Simbas in the 2016 season has been excluded from the provisional squad. The experienced full back is currently in Uganda working at the Resolution Insurance office and is currently enjoying top form at Heathens.

Samuel Motari and Robert Aringo, who also featured for the team in 2016 have been excluded from the provisional team after their call ups to Kenya 7s. Both have been suffering with injury lately and while Motari is back in action after six months on the sideline Aringo has not yer regained full fitness following a back injury.

Anthony Orege, James Kubasu & Paul Mutsami are receiving their first ever Simba XV call ups.
