Saracens at Wembley
Since 2009, Saracens have called Wembley Stadium their ‘home-away-from-home’ and this year the Men in Black will take their 14th game to the National Stadium when they take on their London rivals Harlequins on Saturday 8th April.
World record crowds, memorable tries, fantastic entertainment for all the family and some of the world’s finest players on show make Derby Day Saracens’ showpiece event of the season.
The Men in Black have faced nine different opponents over the years at the iconic venue, with over 600,000 fans having attended games. Off the pitch, Wembley delivers great family entertainment and attracts some of the biggest names in music with entertainment coming from the likes of Foxes, Pixie Lott, McFly, The Vamps, The Saturdays, Chipmunk, Tinchy Stryder, Eliza Doolittle, Ronan Parke, Diversity, Right Said Fred and the cast of War Horse. This year Saracens will be joined by X-Factor winner Louisa Johson.
Derby Day is also a fantastic family day out, with young people engaged in the day through the Pride in Unity parades pre-match as well as through dance performances on the pitch at half time.
