2-5 years commercial experience and a passion for partnerships. We are looking for a strategic, high-energy salesperson to join our partnerships team. Someone who is able to bring innovative ideas and fresh thinking to the business, articulating these clearly to senior management is most welcome.

Partnerships Executive
0-2 years’ experience and a passion for the sports industry. We are looking for a highly curious, personable, hard-working person to join our partnerships team. This is an entry level position with incredible opportunity to fast track your career with a sports rights holder.
Conference & Events Sales Manager
2-5 years’ experience. We are looking for a strong strategic sales lead with the ability to build strong relationships with external parties and coordinate the sales process for our non-match day business offering. Someone that thinks for the business, identifying opportunities for commercial growth and how to action will do well in this role.
Sales Coordinator
0-2 years’ experience and a passion for the sports industry. We are looking for a candidate with a willingness to work hard to develop effective relationships. The candidate will proactively sell matchday tickets and experiences, with a focus on groups for all home fixtures. This is an entry level position, so someone that uses initiative to proactively problem solve, presenting solutions to management will do well.

Saracens rugby have four new commercial roles on offer, and we are looking for true team players with the drive, passion and enthusiasm to proactively connect and deliver for our business in our sales and partnerships teams.

We are looking for high-energy people who love sports and would like to get a foothold in the sports industry to apply. If one or any of these sound like they are for you, please submit a CV and a short video explaining why you would be a great fit in our commercial business. We have deliberately kept the role descriptions light because what we are looking for is the right person, with the right motivation. Don't worry, the rest (knowledge of the role, coaching and guidance) we will support you with when you join.

Successful applicants will be invited to a one-day interview and training day in June 2024. On this day, there will be lots of group activities and a chance for you to meet and speak with our industry experts, top talent and CEO. This day is designed to ensure the hires we make are based on the person and their motivations, rather than the ability to construct a CV.
