These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern your participation in the prize draw to win a signed Saracens rugby shirt (the "Prize Draw").

By entering the Prize Draw, you agree to abide by these Terms. Please read these Terms carefully before entering.

  1. Eligibility:

1.1 The Prize Draw is open to individuals who meet the following criteria:

  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Must reside in a country where this Prize Draw is held.
  • Must comply with these Terms.
  1. Sponsor:

2.1 The Prize Draw is sponsored and administered by Saracens Ltd with its registered office at StoneX Stadium, Greenlands Lane, Hendon, London NW4 1RL. ("Sponsor").

  1. Entry Period:

3.1 The Prize Draw entry period begins on 23.09.23 and ends on 25.09.23 (the "Entry Period").

  1. How to Enter:

4.1 To enter the Prize Draw, participants must:

  • fill out an online form at Saracens.com

4.2 Entries that do not meet the entry requirements or are incomplete will be disqualified.

  1. Prize:

5.1 One (1) prize will be awarded, consisting of a signed Saracens rugby shirt.

  1. Winner Selection:

6.1 The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the Entry Period.

  1. Winner Notification:

7.1 The winner will be notified via (email) within 30 days of the Prize Draw's conclusion.

  1. Claiming the Prize:

8.1 The winner must respond to the notification within 5 days of receiving it and provide the necessary information for prize delivery.

  1. Publicity:

9.1 By entering the Prize Draw, participants agree to allow the Sponsor to use their name, likeness, and any submitted content (e.g., photos or videos) for promotional purposes without additional compensation.

  1. Privacy:

10.1 Any personal information collected during the Prize Draw will be used only for the administration of the Prize Draw and will be handled in accordance with the Sponsor's privacy policy.

  1. General Conditions:

11.1 The Sponsor reserves the right to:

  • Modify or terminate the Prize Draw at any time without notice.
  • Disqualify any participant who violates these Terms or engages in fraudulent or unethical behaviour.
  • Make substitutions of equal or greater value for the prize in the event of unavailability.
  1. Release and Limitations of Liability:

12.1 By participating in the Prize Draw, participants release the Sponsor from any liability for any loss, damage, injury, or other harm suffered or incurred in connection with the Prize Draw or the use of the prize.

  1. Governing Law:

13.1 These Terms and the Prize Draw are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland
