Empower Her is a future females in leadership programme was recognised and shortlisted at the Industry Sport Awards 2023. Former alumni have progressed onto positions such as the chair and vice chair on the England Rugby National Youth Council, had opportunities to learn from coaches such as Camilla Buchanan and Eddie Jones and attended workshops with guest speakers such as Maggie Alphonsi MBE and Sarah Hunter CBE.

MENTEE'S ON THE PROGRAMME WILL:

  • Attend workshops and webinars with high profile inspirational guest speakers within sport and business industries.
  • Access to 1-2-1 mentoring with mentor with industry knowledge and experience.
  • Attend networking opportunities in sport and business industries.
  • Be eligible for the post course alumni programme.
