what is the minimum age i can attend on my own?

You must be 16 years old to attend without an adult with you. Our stewards may require you to provide proof of age identification to ensure that this is adhered to. Any child under the age of 16 must attend with an adult over the age of 18+.

can i go to the toilet without my adult if i am under 12?

All children under 12 must be accompanied to the toilet.

can i leave my child in their seat whilst i go to the bar/food stand?

Under no circumstances should you leave your child unaccompanied in their seat. In the event of an emergency or lost child, you should alert the attention of the nearest steward who will assist you.

where should i go if i lose my child? i'm a child and i've lost my adult, what do i do?

In the event of an emergency or lost child, you should alert the attention of the nearest steward who will assist you. Any unaccompanied child or vulnerable adult must be accompanied by at least two stewards to ensure their safety.

what should i do if i am concerned about the behaviour of fans around my children?

Please leave the area with your child and alert your nearest steward who is trained to take appropriate action.

i have a disability and would like to obtain access to the stonex stadium, how can i ensure the best possible experience?
