ABOUT CHRISTINA

Having previously played for Celtic Dragons and Wasps, Shaw makes the move to North London with some serious pedigree in the Netball Super League.

Shaw started netball at the age of 9 for a local club in Wales. From there, she was selected for the Wales netball U15 squad and worked her way up through the age groups and into the senior squad.

During this time she also played for various clubs in NPL, including Celtic Dragons and Team Bath. In 2016, she went to the University of Exeter and captained the university 1st team for 4 years. When she finished university, she played in her first Netball Super League season for Celtic Dragons 2020/21.

She also played for Wasps in 2021/22 before moving to Saracens Mavericks for the 2022/23 season.

Shaw received her first Wales Senior cap in 2017 and in 2022 she was selected for the Commonwealth Games.
