ABOUT JACKSON

Jackson Wray is another highly-skilled Saracens Academy graduate who has played over 300 games for the club.

A hard-hitting, powerful ball carrier, his time at Sarries has seen him develop from a promising youngster to a top-class Premiership player.

The Sunderland-born back rower burst on to the scene during the 2010/11 season following a loan spell at Bedford Blues and became a mainstay from the 2013/14 campaign.

Consistent outstanding displays across several terms saw Wray named in the Premiership Rugby Team of the Year in the season he helped the Men in Black retain the European Cup and the following year he won the club’s Players’ Player and Fans’ Player of the Season awards.

During his teens, Wray represented England at Under-16 and Under-20 level.
