Saturday’s Tyrrells Premier 15s Final at Franklin’s Gardens will be the third time that Saracens Women will have faced Harlequins Ladies this season.

Only three points separated the teams in both regular season matches with Quins running out 20-17 winners at Twickenham Stoop in October while Sarries staged remarkable comeback in a thrilling 31-28 win at Allianz Park in January.

About Harlequins Ladies

After 18 rounds of the regular season, Quins finished second in the table on 77 points, seven points behind Sarries who finished top on 84.

They have a powerful forward pack with a host of international players including Vickii Cornborough, Abbie Scott and Scotland’s Jade Konkel.

Number Eight Konkel could form an all-international backrow alongside USA Eagle Kristine Sommer and England’s Shaunagh Brown. The Scotland international took home Player of the Match in their 26-10 semi-final win over Loughborough Lightning

In the backs, they can call on the hugely experienced Rachael Burford, who will also captain the side, with strong support from the likes of full-back Emily Scott and scrum-half Leanne Riley.

Young fly-half Ellie Green has had a good season for Harlequins Ladies with Jess Breach and Heather Cowell renowned try-scorers on either wing.

The Tyrrells Premier 15s Final at Franklin’s Gardens in Northampton will kick-off at 17H45 on Saturday 27th April. Make sure you get your tickets and show your support for Saracens Women.

If you can’t make it on the day, the match will be broadcast live on Sky Sports Mix and Sky Sports Action.
