England V South Africa Rugby World Cup 2019 Final

Vincent Koch and Damian Willemse will return to Saracens as Rugby World Cup winners after South Africa triumphed over England in the 2019 final.

The former came on as a replacement in the showpiece in Japan as the Springboks proved too physical for their opponents.

Koch has won four major competitions in 2019.

In total, nine Saracens graced the field in Yokohama – seven of which have been at the club between seven to 10 years.

Everyone at the club would like to wish Vincent, Damian and our old friend Schalk Brits a massive congratulations on their country’s achievement.

“Congratulations to South Africa on winning the 2019 World Cup,” Saracens Director of Rugby Mark McCall said.

“We hope Vincent, Schalk, Damian and all involved in South African Rugby enjoy celebrating this incredible achievement together.”
