Saracens would like to pay tribute to the eight players who are leaving the club following the end of the season.

The departing players, who have all been a huge part of the club will be embarking on new challenges following their time at StoneX Stadium.

With the 2021/22 campaign now complete, they are departing and here are some numbers which show how they have left the Saracens shirt in a better place.

Vincent Koch

The prop is heading to Coventry to join Wasps after taking to the field with Sarries an impressive 122 times, 2 x Premiership Champion, 2 x European Cup Winner… not to mention his 28 South African caps, World Cup win and Lions Series win.

Tim Swinson

The 2020/21 Players’ Player of the Season & Championship Winner with 41 Saracens appearances and 38 Scotland Caps under his belt!

Richard Barrington

Tom Mills

An academy star who has shown his quality in the Storm side as well as his two first team caps.

Charlie Watson

Another academy star, who captained Cambridge University as well as pulling the Sarries shirt on six times.

Director of Rugby Mark McCall thanked them all for their efforts in North London.

“One of the most difficult things about the end of the season is that inevitably you say farewell to some great players but more importantly great people.

We would like to thank all of our players, who will not be with us next season, for everything they have done for our club.

They will be greatly missed but the memories they have helped create will live on.”
