Hannah Casey says she is very proud to be leading the team out on Saturday ahead of her 100th appearance for the club.

The Ireland international will reach a century for Saracens Women on a momentous day in front of the supporters at StoneX Stadium.

Alex Austerberry’s side are looking to continue their fine start to 2022 which has seen them hit the front in the Allianz Premier 15s, as they currently sit seven points ahead of Bristol Bears at the top of the table.

Worcester Warriors are the visitors to North London on Saturday, and an exciting XV has been named to take on the Sixways side.

Hannah Botterman, May Campbell and Alex Ellis start in a formidable front-row, whilst Georgia Evans returns to the second-row alongside Sonia Green.

Jodie Rettie moves to blindside flanker, with Kat Evans at openside and co-captain Marlie Packer at number eight.

Ella Wyrwas is back in her more familiar position of scrum-half, and Zoe Harrison says at fly-half after a 100% record from the tee in the win over Sale last weekend.

Alev Kelter moves to inside centre for her home debut, with new centurion Casey alongside her in the midfield.

Co-captain Lotte Clapp is on the left wing, with Tilly Vaughan-Fowler on the right and the versatile Holly Aitchison will start in the number 15 shirt for the first time this season.

On the bench Mackenzie Carson could make her long-awaited StoneX return, there is another landmark as Cara Wardle will make her 50th appearance when called upon and there could be a debut for new signing Catha Jacobs.

Casey says bringing up 100 appearances gives her immense pride.

“Reaching 100 caps is an achievement I’m proud of and one of my personal goals that I can now tick off the list.”
