Sydney update

Saracens Women's centre Sydney Gregson was cited by independent citing commissioner Danny Rumble for a dangerous tackle, Contrary To World Rugby Law 9.13 for an incident in the second half of our Allianz Premier 15s match against Gloucester-Hartpury on 25 February 2023.

During the hearing which was dealt with on papers on Tuesday 28 February, the player accepted the charge and was given a three-week suspension by Matthew Weaver KC, Alastair Campbell and Leon Lloyd.

Gregson will miss our Allianz Premier 15s matches against Sale Sharks (4 March 2023) and DMP Sharks (11 March 2023) and our rearranged Allianz Cup match against Wasps (18 March 2023)*.

*Gregson will be available for this fixture is she successfully completes the World Rugby Coaching Intervention Process.
