Saracens recognise that providing equality of opportunity, valuing diversity, and promoting a culture of inclusion is vital to our success… which is why we’re whole-heartedly supporting Pride Month throughout June 2022, and always.
Saracens are a family who support each other, abhor discrimination, and follow the belief that we are all different, want different things, react differently to situations, and possess different strengths. As such we treat all members of our community as individuals, with respect and without assumption. We strive to create an environment where people can be free to be themselves and are supported to be the best that they can be.
We’ll be using Pride Month as an opportunity to highlight some of the steps that we are taking as an organisation to promote diversity and inclusion, tackle inequalities and challenge discrimination in all its forms, both within our organisation and across our community.
