Duncan

Duncan Taylor says he is honoured to be making his 150th appearance for the club this weekend in the European Rugby Challenge Cup match against Brive.

The Scotland international reaches another significant landmark for the Men in Black, adding to a glittering career at StoneX Stadium which started back in 2011.

Sarries head to the Stade Amedee-Domenech for the final match of the group stages, and know that they need to win to secure qualification to the Round of 16.

Eroni Mawi, Tom Woolstencroft and Alec Clarey start in the front-row, with Nick Isiekwe and Theo McFarland running the line out in the second-row.

Andy Christie and Jackson Wray both return to the back-row, and they are joined by Billy Vunipola at the base of the scrum.

Ivan van Zyl is back in the number nine shirt, alongside captain Owen Farrell who also returns to the starting line-up at fly-half.

Taylor will partner Elliot Daly in the midfield on what will be a big day for the Scot, and an exciting back-three of Rotimi Segun, Alex Lewington and Alex Goode will need to take their chances as Sarries eye up a place in the next round.

On the bench there is plenty of experience with the likes of Jamie George, Richard Barrington and Ben Earl all ready to be called upon in South West France.

Taylor, who will make his 150th appearance is excited to bring up his latest achievement for the North Londoners.

“I’m hugely honoured and proud to be making my 150th appearance for this club. We have made some incredible memories over the last decade and I love being part of this group.

Thanks to everyone at the club for their support along the way and let’s hope there are plenty more memories to come!”
