A huge congratulations to the men on our Move Like a Pro programme who braved the snow and cold weather last night for our 6th week session.

So far the guys have lost an absolutely incredible combined total of 56.79kg and 197.5cm off of their waistlines and we still only half way through! Keep going guys!

WHAT IS MOVE LIKE A PRO?

Move Like a PRO Success

Move Like a Pro is a free 12 week men’s health programme open to all men aged 30-55

years old who currently do low levels of physical activity. Including healthy lifestyle workshops as well as activities that will get you moving in a steady way, the programme aims to increase activity levels gradually over the 12 weeks . This allows changes to become sustainable in the long term, helping men to make better decisions around what they eat and drink as well as becoming more active. Working with other men who are facing similar challenges, the support given to each other is invaluable in helping to achieve goals.
