From the Gallagher Premiership we move back into the Heineken Champions Cup for our next game, with the top team in Wales, the Ospreys, due to come to the StoneX Stadium on Sunday 2nd April.

What a game it promises to be against a side that completed the double over the French champions, Montpellier, and beat Leicester Tigers at Welford Road to reach the Round of 16.

A number of the players from both sides went toe-to-toe when Wales met England at the Principality Stadium in the Six Nations recently and there could be a few old scores to settle in a game that will decide who takes another step towards European glory.

There is history in this fixture, with the Saracens having won six and drawn one of the previous seven meetings in Europe. The first clash was in the quarter-finals back in 2008 in a game that followed an Anglo-Welsh Cup semi-final in Cardiff.

The Ospreys 'Galacticos' dominated the Anglo-Welsh clash and arrived as firm favourites for the European event at Vicarage Road. Many felt they merely needed to turn up to beat Alan Gaffney's side and march on to conquer Europe. What a shock they got - what a difference a fortnight can make!

It promises to be a great clash once again against the Welsh. George North, Alun Wyn Jones, Rhys Webb and Adam Beard provide the experience, while centre Joe Hawkins is one of the most promising young stars in the Welsh game and props Gareth Thomas and Tomas Francis are the cornerstones of their pack. 

There will no doubt be a few 'Hymns and Arias' coming from the Ospreys, so a big home crowd would be just the ticket to drown them out. See you there!
