Mckinleyhunt

Saracens are delighted to confirm the arrival of dynamic forward McKinley Hunt, ahead of the 2023/24 Allianz Premiership Women's Rugby season.

Canadian international Hunt represented her country at the Rugby World Cup in New Zealand, scoring in the quarter-finals against the USA.

Hunt previously made 33 league and cup appearances for Premiership Women's Rugby side Exeter Chiefs, scoring 16 tries during that time.

The prop forward is the first new signing to be announced by the club and is already excited to get into the thick of the action.

"I am ecstatic to be joining Saracens! The club is at the forefront of the women’s game, and I am excited to challenge myself in a new environment with world-class players and an outstanding coaching staff. I can’t wait to get to work!"

Director of Rugby Alex Austerberry also expressed his joy and securing the services of a player he has kept his eye on for several years.

"McKinley is a player we have long admired for both her performances domestically and on the international stage. She's incredibly impactful defensively, with a huge work rate and the ability to influence the game in attack. It is very exciting to have a player and person that we have long admired joining the club. Her transition to loosehead prop is one that she has both embraced and excelled with and we are looking forward to working with her and taking her game to new heights. It will also be very exciting to see how McKinley’s influence both on and off the field will drive us forward."
