Saracens Multi-Academy Trust: A Legacy Beyond the Pitch
What would it look like to take the DNA of a professional sports team and apply it to education?
Saracens Multi-Academy Trust (MAT) is educating over 2200 young people in free schools just a few miles from StoneX Stadium. We are looking to expand in the coming years so that more families have access to an education that empowers their children to thrive in life beyond school.
Soaking a rigorous academic education in the Saracens values - Discipline, Hard Work, Honesty and Humility - is working. In red sweatshirts at Saracens Bell Lane, and black sweatshirts at Saracens Broadfields, the children are achieving incredible things - which they happily tell their ‘aunties and uncles’ about when Saracens players visit them on occasions like World Book Day.
At founding school, Saracens High School, children from diverse, and often disadvantaged, backgrounds are achieving future-changing results. 90% of leavers from Saracens Sixth Form progress to university, many to Russell Group universities where they prepare for professional careers such as medicine and law.

Support from the Saracens family is one of the key distinctives that sets our schools apart. From governors who give their time to mentor pupils, to work experience opportunities and book donations from fans, our children and staff know the tangible difference of belonging to the Saracens family.
Thank you to everyone who has been helping us give brighter futures to young Londoners. To learn more or explore ways you can join us, please contact our CEO at chris.woolf@saracensmat.org.
