Dom Morris is excited to pull on the Saracens shirt once again as he prepares to make his first appearance of the season against the Scarlets on Friday evening.

The Men in Black welcome the Welsh side to StoneX Stadium for a friendly, and the centre will make his long-awaited return to the midfield under the floodlights.

The coaches have named an exciting squad which will be captained by Ethan Lewis, and the Welshman will skipper a team full of experience and youth.

Eroni Mawi, Lewis and Christian Judge make up a strong front-row, and the second-row will include prospects Cameron Boon and Kaden Pearce-Paul.

Max Eke will be at blindside with Nathan Michelow at openside, and Toby Knight who has featured in the Premiership recently will be at the base of the scrum.

Ruben de Haas gets an opportunity at scrum-half, with Manu Vunipola continuing at fly-half. Josh Hallett and Morris both return and will be looking to get front-foot ball in the midfield.

Rotimi Segun is on the left wing, with Ben Harris on the right and Olly Hartley moves to full-back after impressing against Newcastle and Sale.

On the bench there are plenty of chances for academy players to impress, including Samson Adejimi who scored four tries in the Premiership Rugby Cup earlier this season.

Morris is eagerly anticipating the chance to run out at StoneX once again tomorrow night.

“I’m really excited to put the shirt back on after a long frustrating injury. I’ve loved watching how well the boys have gone so far this year and can’t wait to get back out there!”
