Saracens is pleased to announce the arrival of Grace Moore for the 2022/23 campaign.

The Ireland international has shown her immense ability in both the 15s and 7s formats, and will now head to StoneX for another spell in the Premier 15s.

She already has experience in the league after playing for Richmond previously, and the 26-year-old back-rower will add significant experience to the pack.

Moore is excited for her new challenge.

“I’m delighted to have signed for Saracens and I can’t wait to fully focus on XV after focusing on 7s for the last few years. Saracens have dominated in the league and there is endless amounts of talent and competition in the team. I can’t wait for the challenge and I’m looking forward to learning from some of the best in the world.”

Head Coach Alex Austerberry says Moore will have a great impact for the Women in Black.

Grace has been a player I have admired for some time. A very physical, aggressive and quick player, Grace has always had the ability to impact games and her competitiveness and desire is clear for all to see.

Her time in the 7s programme has further evolved her game. As a dynamic, skilful and confrontation player, she very much fits the mould of how we like our back rows to play. Grace is coming in to her prime as a player and I have no doubt she will produce her very best in a Saracens shirt.”
