We are now recruiting for our Full Time Rugby Academy at Oaklands College!
Saracens Women’s Academy offers a bespoke elite performance environment for players aged 16-18 years old, offering a genuine pathway into the professional game and Premier 15s.
Players have the opportunity to train and develop over a two year period in an elite performance environment while continuing their studies.
The programme includes:
- Full Time Performance Training Programme 16-18yrs
- Studying B-tec and A-Levels alongside rugby training
- Advanced Strength & Conditioning Support
- Full Physiotherapy Provision and Injury support
- Professional Coaching Week to Week
- Lifestyle & Pastoral Support
- Residential Options available for out of region players
